SO....Eliminate the worst kind of fat from your diet, TRANS FAT. Highly limit the second worst fat, SATURATED FAT. And Increase the good fats, MONOUNSATURATED AND POLYUNSATURATED. You can find monounsaturated fat in extra virgin olive oil, almonds, avocados and canola oil. Monounsaturated fat lowers your bad LDL cholesterol and raises your good HDL cholesterol. You'll find polyunsaturated fats in wild salmon, sardines, soy beans, walnuts, flaxseed and fish oil supplements. Polyunsaturated fats include the Omega 3 Fatty Acids. These guys reduce inflammation,lower blood pressure and lower triglyceride levels. Bottom line: Replace most of your animal fats with fats from fish, nuts and vegetables.

3. Stifle Sugar~ Sugar makes you more fat than fat itself and speeds the aging process. Its all calories and no nutrition. Table sugar, fruit juice concentrate, high fructose corn syrup and anything else with an -ose at the end of it are guilty. We must also be aware that eating white flour, pasta, rice or bread is almost as bad as eating sugar right out of the bag. 4. Eat Perfect Protein~ Eat the protein low in saturated fat. 3-5 servings a day will help your body stay young and repair itself. Organic, GRASS FED beef or buffalo- Grass fed beef is full of omega 3's, its much lower in saturated fat than grain fed beef and it doesn't have any growth steroids in it which will make you fat. Organic Poultry- Free of antibiotics that can mess with your body and higher in good fats than regular poultry, remove the skin to get rid of even more fat. Whey Protein Supplements- An excellent source of protein. It comes in powder form so you can add it to smoothies, shakes or your vegetable juice. Try to have at least one serving a day.

5. Have Whole Grains~ Whole grains include the original layers of the grain called the bran and germ, refined grains do not. All of the nutrients, vitamins, fiber and phytochemicals are located in the bran and germ. It doesn't matter if a refined grain is "enriched", your really cheating yourself if you don't eat whole grains. Try to get 4-5 servings a day. Whole grains include Brown Rice, Steel Cut Oatmeal, Whole grain Bread or Pasta and Whole Grain Cereal. Make sure the label says something like "made with 100% whole grains" otherwise its usually just a little bit whole grain and therefore worthless. The fiber in whole grains also fills you up faster, so you end up eating less.

6. Restore your PH Balance~ Returning your body to its proper PH balance is a smart
thing to do for most people. If you've been eating processed foods, sugars, red meats, sodas, wines (etc), you're probably overly acidic and need to alkalize or restore your PH balance. Symptoms of an acidic, out of whack PH balance include lack of energy, dry skin, heartburn, inflammation, itching, digestive problems and autoimmune diseases. When you alkalize and restore proper PH balance, you will accomplish 3 things. You will prevent disease, because diseases usually flourish in an acidic enviroment. You will prevent vitamins and minerals from being depleted in your body because the body will pull minerals like calcium out of your bones to neutralize acid. When you balance your PH, you get rid of the acid and your body doesn't have to do that. You will also lose unneeded fat. The body produces fat to buffer itself from the acid. Get rid of the acid, get rid of the fat. How can you balance your PH and get rid of the acid? Try to avoid most sugar and dairy products, exercise more often, eat lots of vegetables, take alkaline mineral supplements and drink pure water with a high PH level. You can usually find the PH level on the back of the bottle, look for a level of 8 or greater.

7. Take Vitamins~ Everyone's nutritional needs are different. One person could need way more vitamin E than another person. If you take a high powered multivitamin and a few other supplements, this will act as an insurance policy for your health! We suggest a high powered multivitamin- this will help fill in any gaps left open from your diet. Coenzyme Q10- This antioxidant is very beneficial to the heart and brain. It also helps oxidize fat and sugar. Alpha Lipoic Acid- Is a powerful antioxidant that can actually regenerate other antioxidants! Chlorophyllin- This is a plant extract that is one of the most powerful anti-cancer compounds known. Take it before you eat. Essential Fatty Acids- These are your Omega 3's. Most people are really lacking Omega 3's. They increase your good cholesterol and lower your bad, reduce inflammation, reduce the stickiness of your blood and they are vital to the proper functioning of every cell in the human body.
